Description: This Pusher PDC0307MW 3.5' Mega Intake System is a game - changer for 2003 - 2007 Dodge Ram with 5.9L Cummins engine. Most Pusher products are special orders and may take 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Contact us for stock levels if you need it sooner. It replaces restrictive 3' OEM intercooler plumbing and the intake manifold with free - flowing 3.5' mandrel - bent tubing. The manifold has a laser - cut 1/2' thick CNC flange and four 1/8' NPT ports for sensors and injectors. It can run with or without the heater grid. By increasing the tubing size to 3.5', it maximizes airflow, giving noticeable performance gains. The intake and passenger - side cooler tube are made of 3.5' mandrel - bent tubing, with a 1/2' thick flange and 1/4' thick dipstick mounting bracket. Tig - welded components result in a 50° - 200°F drop in EGTs, a 0.5 - 1 MPG increase, faster turbo spool, and better throttle response. Features include replacing factory plumbing, a CNC flange, NPT ports, grid - heater flexibility, maximized flow, Tig welding, EGT reduction, MPG increase, faster turbo spool, and better throttle response. It includes a 3.5' Mega Intake System, 3.5' Passenger - Side Intercooler Tube, heavy - duty 4 - ply silicone couplers, stainless T - bolt clamps, OEM gasket, port plugs, and all required hardware.

Using this intake system is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is turned off and cooled down. Remove the old restrictive 3' OEM intercooler plumbing and the intake manifold. Then, install the new 3.5' Mega Intake System and the passenger - side intercooler tube using the included heavy - duty 4 - ply silicone couplers and stainless T - bolt clamps. Don't forget to use the OEM gasket for a proper seal. Connect all the sensors and injectors to the four 1/8' NPT ports as needed. You can choose to run it with or without the heater grid according to your preference. For maintenance, regularly check the silicone couplers and clamps for any signs of wear or looseness. Keep the intake system clean to ensure maximum airflow. If you notice any abnormal noises or a decrease in performance, it's a good idea to have it inspected. And remember, most Pusher products are special orders, so if you need a replacement part in a hurry, check our stock levels first.
