This two - piece intake manifold design is a game - changer. It significantly cuts down heat transfer between the hot compressed air leaving the turbo and the air reaching the intercooler's inlet Y at the cylinder heads. By removing the factory heater coil port, it boosts airflow. And it's optimized to provide a super - equalized flow (within 0.1%) between the left and right outlets!

TIG - welded with precise settings, this intake manifold offers great performance. It can lower EGTs by 50° - 150°F, increase fuel economy by 0.5 - 1 MPG, improve throttle response, and speed up turbo spool.

Using this intake manifold is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is a 1999 - 2003 Ford F - Series with a 7.3L Powerstroke engine. Then, install the intake manifold according to the standard installation procedures for your vehicle. The package comes with a Pusher intake manifold, a CNC machined V - band flange, a 1/4' thick wastegate control solenoid bracket, and four auxiliary 1/8' NPT ports. When installing, ensure all parts are properly connected and tightened. As for maintenance, regularly check the intake manifold for any signs of damage or leaks. If you notice any issues, contact the manufacturer or a professional mechanic. Also, since powder - coating is available as an option, if you choose this, keep an eye on the coating's condition and touch it up if needed.
