We're excited to present our 5th Gen 6.7 Cummins Second Gen Swap Kit! This kit is a game - changer for 2019 - 2023 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with 6.7L Cummins engines. It gets rid of the troublesome VGT Turbocharger that often sticks, and offers the chance to build a higher - HP setup. Designed to pair with a Steed Speed T4 Angled Exhaust Manifold and an S400 Turbocharger, this kit also comes with a Custom Downpipe that attaches directly to your OEM downpipe for easy installation. By swapping to a 2nd gen style manifold, the turbo is centered between the 3/4 cylinders, providing the best airflow for the turbo. The hot pipe uses a V - Band connection right to the turbo, giving a straight path to the intercooler and preventing hose blow - outs in high - horsepower applications. It offers a balanced build with good power and fast spool - up. **Notes**: - The mid - pipe has a standard S400 outlet flange and is not compatible with HX40 Outlet Turbochargers. - If you have an OEM CCV Filter arrangement, you'll need an aftermarket CCV Delete, like our A002 or A108, along with our A109 Catch Can. - It's for S400 Flanges only; HX40 flanges need modification. - This is just the piping kit; the Steed Speed Angled T4 Exhaust Manifold and Turbocharger are sold separately. - Custom tuning is required; we highly recommend AMDP Custom Tuning. - Removing the VGT turbocharger means losing the factory Exhaust Brake. Consider an In - Line Exhaust Brake if you still want one. - Includes a Pusher 50 Cal Air Filter.














Using this 2nd Gen Swap Piping Kit is a great way to upgrade your 2019 - 2023 Ram 2500 or 3500 with a 6.7L Cummins engine. First, make sure to remove the issue - prone VGT Turbocharger. Then, install the Custom Downpipe by simply attaching it to your OEM downpipe. You don't need to cut anything, so it's a straightforward process. When installing the turbo, remember that this kit is designed to center it between the 3/4 cylinders for the best airflow. Connect the hot pipe to the turbo using the V - Band connection. This gives a straight path to the intercooler and reduces the risk of hose blow - outs. Replace the factory Ram Air Intake with the stylish clip - in air box. It will not only direct cold air into the intake but also make your engine bay look cleaner. **Notes**: - This kit is only compatible with S400 Flanges. If you have HX40 flanges, you'll need to modify them. - You'll need an aftermarket CCV Delete if you have an OEM CCV Filter arrangement. - Custom tuning is a must. We suggest using AMDP Custom Tuning. - Removing the VGT turbocharger means you'll lose the factory Exhaust Brake. You can consider an In - Line Exhaust Brake if you want one. **Maintenance**: - Regularly check the V - band clamps and hardware for tightness. Loose clamps can cause air leaks. - Clean the air filter periodically. The included Pusher 50 Cal Air Filter needs to be kept clean for optimal performance. - Check the coolant and oil lines for any signs of leaks or damage. If you notice any issues, replace the affected parts right away.
