Designed for both reliability and performance, this kit lets you use high - flow Borg Warner S300 SXE or S400 SXE turbochargers. The turbo mounts directly to a BD cast iron T4 manifold for top durability and performance. A smooth - wall Y - bridge distributes air evenly to reduce EGTs. Whether you're at stock hp or aiming for over 700hp, the BD Scorpion Kit is a great choice.

• 2015 - 2016 models need BD 1045805 Upgrade kit. Special tuning is required due to VGT removal.

Using the BD Diesel Scorpion Turbo Kit is a great way to boost your 2011 - 2016 Ford F250/F350 6.7L Powerstroke's performance. First, make sure to get the right custom tuning as recommended - EZ Lynk tuned by CCS or the SCT BDX w/ CCS Custom Tunes. If you have a 2015 - 2016 model, you'll need to install the BD 1045805 Upgrade kit and do special tuning because of VGT removal. When installing, the 4in downpipe is designed to fit the stock flange position, so it's easy to connect to your stock or aftermarket exhaust system. For maintenance, regularly check the turbocharger and all the components. The stainless heat shield helps keep things cool, but you should still monitor intake temperatures. Also, check the oil drain and feed on the pedestal block. If you're using a water - cooled wastegate, make sure the water feed port is working properly. The kit comes with a 1 - year BD - Power Warranty, so if you have any issues, reach out to the manufacturer. And remember, a race tune is required but not included, so get that sorted before pushing your engine to its limits.
