This adapter, machined from 6061 - T6 aluminum and anodized in Pusher's signature titanium finish, offers excellent corrosion control. Its double o - ring connection has been tested to hold over 90psi of coolant pressure. It's been developed and tested for over a year with different intake systems and turbo setups for maximum reliability.

Using this Pusher Coolant Reroute Kit is straightforward. First, make sure your engine is cool before starting the installation. Remove the old coolant hoses carefully and replace them with the hoses included in the kit. Attach the machined 6061 - T6 bridge adapter using the polished 304 stainless steel hold - down bracket. Connect the hoses to the adapter and the heater core outlet using the OEM - style quick - connect 90 - degree fitting and secure them with the full stainless worm drive clamps. Remember, this product is for off - road use only as it's not emissions compliant. For maintenance, check the double o - ring connection regularly to ensure it's holding the coolant pressure.
