Using this transmission cooler is easy. First, find a suitable mounting location with the help of the 4 pre - drilled mounting holes on the flanges. Then, connect the cooler to your transmission using the 3 1/2” NPT fittings. You can choose either the Spal 11” fan with 932 CFM or the larger one with 1,375 CFM according to your needs. During use, make sure to check for any signs of leakage regularly. Since it has a vacuum - furnace brazing process, the risk of leakage is low, but it's still a good habit.
