Using this front track bar and sector shaft brace is easy. First, make sure your stock track bar bracket is in good condition. If it's damaged, repair it before installing the brace. The components are all 100% bolt - on, so you can use basic hand tools to complete the installation. When it comes to bump stop spacing, if you're using the 8875 - 01 Synergy MFG Front Track Bar, you don't need to worry about it. But if you're using the stock front track bar, add at least 2' of bump stop spacing. For aftermarket front track bars, you'll need to remove the front springs and cycle the suspension to full bump to figure out the right spacing. Maintenance is simple too. Use the Zerk fitting to grease the parts regularly. This will keep the brace working smoothly and prevent excessive wear. Also, check the powder coat finish from time to time. If there's any sign of corrosion, address it quickly to maintain the durability of the product. And remember, this is a reinforcement, not a replacement for the stock track bar bracket.
