Description: This is a set of replacement tie rod ends designed for 1994 - 2014 Dodge Ram with Cummins engines. It fits various models and years from 1994 - 1999, 2000 - 2002, 2003 - 2013, and 2014 onwards, suitable for both drag link and tie rod applications. Part numbers include 4133 - L, 4134 - L, 4136 - L, 4138 - L, & 4160 - L. Features: It has a fully greaseable sintered metal - on - metal bushing design for high wear resistance. Specially designed grease grooves in the ball's OD ensure maximum lubrication. The spring - loaded bearing design keeps the joint tight as it wears. The forged bearing housing is made from 1018 steel for a strong and smooth surface, and the tie rod end stud is made from 4140 steel with an induction heat - treated bearing surface for smooth operation and long life. It outperforms factory and other aftermarket tie rod ends with a larger shank and no stress riser, and eliminates the nylon ball race. Boots made from tear/wear - resistant black NBR with retaining springs come with some part numbers (4133 - L, 4136 - L, 4138 - L, and 4160 - L only). All necessary hardware for installation is included, and it has a 1 - 14 UNF LH Thread. Additional Info: Each part number has specific characteristics like thread type, taper, and plane. Notes: These are replacement parts for Synergy Steering Kits only. Synergy High - Performance Grease (4119) is recommended. Some parts come with black NBR & retaining springs, while 4134 - L doesn't include a dust boot but a low misalignment boot is available separately (4134 - 02).

Using these tie rod ends is easy. First, make sure you have all the necessary tools. Refer to your vehicle's manual to find the old tie rod ends and safely remove them. Then, install the new tie rod ends using the included hardware. Tighten everything properly to ensure a secure fit. When it comes to maintenance, it's important to use the recommended Synergy High - Performance Grease (4119). Regularly check the tie rod ends for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, replace the parts as soon as possible. Keep in mind that these are only replacement parts for Synergy Steering Kits, so make sure your vehicle is compatible. Also, be aware that 4134 - L doesn't come with a dust boot, but you can buy a separate low misalignment boot (4134 - 02) if needed.
