Using this tie rod end is easy. First, make sure you've selected the correct fitment for your 2005 - 2024 Ford F - 250/F - 350 4x4 with a 6.0L, 6.4L, or 6.7L Powerstroke engine. Since it's a direct press - in replacement, you can simply replace the old outer end of your existing Kryptonite Tie Rod with this new one. It comes pre - greased with premium Chevron Ultra EP2 Grease, so you don't have to worry about that step. When installing, be careful and follow the proper procedures to ensure a good fit.
