Note: This calibrated Aisin tuning works well with your existing or non - expired EZ - Lynk Support Pack from CCS. If your CCS limited support pack has expired, you'll need to upgrade to an Unlimited Support Pack and add this TCM tuning.

The High Output 6.7L Cummins is famous for towing, but the Aisin Transmission causes poor shift quality and timing. Many owners experience long shift times, short shifting, and a lack of power from the stock TCM.

Luckily, Calibrated Power has a fix! This custom TCM tuning shortens shift times and boosts clutch holding capacity by increasing line pressure electronically. It makes the transmission more durable, shifts smoother, and performs better. It also helps keep your 6.7L in the ideal RPM range for more power and efficiency.

Using this TCM tuning is straightforward. First, make sure your EZ - Lynk Support Pack from CCS is either existing or non - expired. If it's expired, upgrade to an Unlimited Support Pack and then add this tuning. Once installed, you can choose from different shift points based on your truck's setup and your driving preferences. For maintenance, keep an eye on your transmission fluid regularly. Make sure it's at the right level and in good condition. As for the tuning itself, there's not much to maintain, but if you notice any shift - related issues, check the compatibility of your support pack and the tuning. If you've made any significant changes to your truck, like a new turbocharger or tire size, consider adjusting the shift points accordingly.
