Using your PPE Air-To-Water Intercooler is easy. First, make sure it's properly installed according to the vehicle's specifications. Connect the 1/2' NPT water inlet/outlet to your water cooling system. The air inlet/outlet should be attached to your high - CFM turbo or supercharger. When using it, be aware that it's only legal in California for non - road racing vehicles. For maintenance, regularly check the welded joints for any signs of leakage. You can clean the aluminum body with a mild soap and water solution to keep it in good condition. If you notice any performance issues, such as a higher pressure drop, it might be time to inspect the internal core for blockages.
