Using this DPF delete pipe is a great way to improve your 2011 - 2015 Duramax's performance. First, make sure your truck has a 4 - Bolt Flange or V - Band Clamp and not a 3 - Bolt Flange off the turbo direct pipe, as this product won't fit the latter. Installation is straightforward: just bolt the pipe to the 4 - Bolt Flange using the included adapter. Once installed, you'll notice reduced exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and increased mileage. For maintenance, periodically check the bolts to ensure they're tight. Keep the stainless - steel pipe clean by washing it with mild soap and water to prevent rust and corrosion.
