Description: This CP4 bypass kit (CP4-6.7F-BP-G2.1) is a must - have for 2011 - 2024 Ford F - 250/F - 350/F - 450/F - 550 Superduty trucks with 6.7L Powerstroke engines. S&S Diesel Motorsport, led by fuel system engineers, has upgraded its original Disaster Prevention Kit. The new Gen2.1 kit offers even better protection. Since 2016, the original kit has protected thousands of injectors from CP4 debris. Now, the Gen2.1 is Carb Compliant! Key Features: It's a new and improved Disaster Prevention Kit that safeguards fuel injectors, rails, lines, and tank from CP4 debris. It uses all OE - style quick connects and has a 2 - micron return filter tested for flow and efficiency. The Donaldson Spin - On Fuel Filter (#P550943) is included. The fuel supply splits off 25 inches from the CP4 pump, eliminating compression fitting use. It's proudly made in the USA with Carb EO Number: D - 756 - 6. Improvements: The Gen2.1 splits the fuel supply into two separate lines 25 inches from the CP4, preventing contaminated case fuel from back - feeding. It also has a billet return filter head with a Donaldson filter to stop debris from reaching the tank and other parts. Upgrades: If you already have an S&S disaster kit, we offer upgraded return filter assemblies or filter heads. Installation: Click Here or check the Brochure - PDF for installation details.

How to Use: Install this kit on your 2011 - 2024 Ford Superduty with a 6.7L Powerstroke engine following the provided installation guide (click the link or check the PDF brochure). The kit will supply clean, filtered fuel to the CP4 case and metering unit/plungers and reroute case fuel back to the tank. Things to Note: Make sure to use the correct part number. CP4 - 6.7F - BP - G2.1 is the full kit, CP4 - 6.7F - BP - G2.1 - RFA is the return filter assembly only, and CP4 - 6.7F - BP - G2.1 - FHU is the filter head upgrade only. Maintenance: Regularly check the 2 - micron return filter and the Donaldson Spin - On Fuel Filter (#P550943). Replace them as needed to keep the system working well and to prevent debris from causing problems.
