Upgrade Your LML's Fuel System: CP4 to CP3 Conversion
The stock CP4 can only handle up to about 500rwhp. In contrast, the CP3K can support 600+ rwhp when paired with piezoelectric injectors. The reliable PowerFlo 750 can even support nearly 850+ rwhp.
The CP4 was introduced to cut costs on the LML platform as the efficient piezoelectric injectors need less fuel. But it's less reliable and capable than the CP3 used in older Duramax models. It's also the reason for a class - action lawsuit against GM due to pump failures in the LML that cause major fuel system breakdowns.

Installation Instructions
This Duramax LML CP3 conversion kit is for 2011 - 2016 GM Duramax LML 6.6L vehicles. To use it, follow the included installation instructions carefully. First, make sure your vehicle is turned off and cooled down. Then, start replacing the CP4 fuel system components with the ones in this kit. When installing the parts, like the CP3 block adapter and fuel lines, use the right tools and tighten the bolts properly. As for maintenance, regularly check the fuel lines for any signs of leaks or damage.
