This is a replacement poly bushing set (Part Number: 1302033 - 1) for 1032011 - F and 1032013 - F. It fits 1994 - 2013 Dodge Ram trucks with 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins engines. For 2007 - 2012 model years, in addition to this kit, a 1302058 bushing and one or two additional 16mm sleeves (1302058) are required.
