Using this rear brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is one of the compatible Dodge/Ram models from 2003 - 2011 with a 6' lift. You can use the existing OEM hardware for installation. When installing, handle the line gently to avoid damaging the protective layers like the vinyl cover and stainless - steel braid. As for maintenance, regularly check for any signs of wear or damage on the outer layers. If you notice any cracks in the vinyl or fraying in the braid, it might be time to replace the line. Also, since it's compatible with all brake fluids, you can use your regular brake fluid. Just remember, this part won't work on trucks from 2012 and later. And it's completely legal for street use across all 50 states, so you don't have to worry about any legal issues.
