Notes

• If your ball joint press kit doesn't have a die with an inner diameter of at least 1.93” and a depth of at least 0.86”, you need the 7460 - 4007 Upper Ball Joint Installation Tool.
• Pressing the upper ball joint into place with a die on the cap may damage the cap threads, affecting rebuilding or tightening.
• It's up to you to decide if you want to buy the tool. EMF isn't responsible for cap damage during installation without it. You can buy the tool separately from the drop - down menu.
• The Lower Ball Joint Install Tool helps avoid ring damage when using a suitable ball joint press.

• We offer a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If there's an issue in this category, EMF will replace part or all of the unit. Contact EMF directly to determine the cause and get a warrantied product.

• The warranty doesn't cover breakage due to misuse, improper installation, or other vehicle component failures.

• EMF Ball Joints are meant to be rebuilt, so internal races and pins will wear over time. They're not covered by the replacement warranty unless there's a manufacturing defect causing premature wear. To make your product last, do regular maintenance like tightening the cap and greasing.
