Using this S&B replacement filter is easy. First, check if your vehicle (2003 - 2007 Ford F - 250/F - 350/Excursion with a 6.0L Powerstroke engine and a 75 - 5070 S&B Intake Kit) is compatible. Then, remove the old filter and install the new one. It's a direct fit, so it should go in smoothly. For the cleanable filter, if you drive mainly on city streets or highways, you can clean it with the S&B Cleaning Kit when it gets dirty. This will make it last longer.
