This Smeding Diesel S400 Second Gen Piping Install Kit is a must - have for 2003 - 2012 Dodge Ram trucks with 5.9L & 6.7L Cummins engines. All parts are custom - built to order in Texas. Note that it may take longer for fulfillment, but we can make special arrangements if you're in a hurry. The kit comes with everything you need to install an S400 series turbo on your Cummins, except for the manifold and the turbo. Key features include an aluminum hot side intercooler pipe and boots for 03 - 12 trucks, an S400 down pipe, an S400 transfer elbow, a 5' air intake kit with an S&B filter, coolant plugs, oil feed and drain lines, intercooler piping, and other miscellaneous parts for a complete install.

Using this S400 piping install kit is easy. First, make sure you have all the parts in the kit and if you need the manifold or turbo, purchase them separately. Start by removing any existing parts that will be replaced by the kit components. Install the aluminum hot - side intercooler pipe and boots, followed by the S400 down pipe and transfer elbow. Connect the 5' air intake kit with the S&B filter. Don't forget to install the coolant plugs, oil feed, and drain lines. When installing, be careful not to overtighten the bolts to avoid damaging the parts. As for maintenance, regularly check the pipes and boots for any signs of wear or leaks.
