These are the largest nozzles you can use with a stock turbocharger. However, towing heavy loads with a stock turbo isn't advised.

- Plugs come with the nozzles. For maximum fuel delivery, weld the plugs into the injector body spill port after fully disassembling the injector. This step is recommended by Dynomite Diesel but not required.
Using this 30% over nozzle set is a great way to boost your Ford F - Series with a 6.0L Powerstroke engine from 2003.5 - 2007. It can give you up to 90HP more power with the right supporting mods. When installing, you'll get plugs with the nozzles. You can choose to weld these plugs into the injector body spill port after fully taking the injector apart for better fuel delivery, but it's not a must - do. Just keep in mind, if you're using a stock turbocharger, it's not a good idea to tow heavy loads. As for maintenance, regularly check the nozzles for any signs of wear or blockage. If you notice any issues with power or performance, it might be time to have the nozzles inspected.
