Since no modifications are needed, you can directly install the brackets on your GMC/Chevrolet HD truck from 2007 to 2013. Just attach the brackets using the provided hardware. When connecting the pods (which you need to buy separately), use the cable routing clips on the bracket stem to neatly route the wiring into the engine bay.
