Upgrade your vehicle with this high - quality kit. Replace the unreliable 3” plastic OEM intercooler pipe with a 3.5” HD 14g aluminum pipe. Swap the OEM cast intake horn, which has a narrow neck of less than 1.5” wide, with a full mandrel - bent 3.5” elbow. The elbow is welded to a CNC - machined aluminum mounting flange (new hardware included), perfectly matching the WCFAB Grid Heater Delete plate for better airflow into the cylinder head.

• For 2003 - 2004 models only: The 3.5' intake horn in this kit is much larger than the stock one. You need to trim the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly on earlier trucks for proper fitment.

Using this kit is quite straightforward. First, gather all the necessary tools. Start by removing the old 3” plastic OEM intercooler pipe and the OEM cast intake horn from your 2003 - 2007 Dodge Ram with a 5.9L Cummins engine. Then, install the new 3.5” HD 14g aluminum intercooler pipe and the full mandrel - bent 3.5” elbow. Make sure to use the included hardware to attach the elbow to the CNC - machined aluminum mounting flange. If you have a 2003 - 2004 model, you'll need to trim the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly for the intake horn to fit. There's no need for tuning, just bolt it on. As for maintenance, regularly check the silicone boots and stainless T - bolt clamps for any signs of wear. Also, keep an eye on the intake gasket. If you notice any air leaks or other issues, it's a good idea to inspect the parts. Remember, this product is not in stock, so expect an average lead time of 40+ business days.
