Using this damper is easy. First, make sure your vehicle is a 2003 - 2018 Dodge Ram with a 5.9L or 6.7L Common Rail Cummins engine. Then, install the damper following the standard engine installation procedures. Note that the mounting hardware is not included, so you'll need to get that separately. If your engine runs over 3500 RPM, it's a good idea to use the Drill pin kit #300002. For power outputs up to 700hp and 1250ft - lbs, use #300007, and for higher power, choose #300008. To keep it in good condition, check it regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, replace it as soon as possible.
