Using the FLO - 767 exhaust system is straightforward. First, remove the stock exhaust components from your 2011 - 2019 Ford F - Series with a 6.7L Powerstroke engine and automatic transmission. Don't forget to take out the spare tire as it's required for the 5 - inch dual tailpipes. Then, use the provided clamps, pre - welded contour bent hangers, and stronger flanges to install the new exhaust system. It's designed to fit all wheelbase and cab configurations, but note that it only fits automatic F - 250/F - 350 trucks and not regular cab ones. On 2017+ models with the optional hitch prep package, you may need to modify the system. As for maintenance, regularly check the clamps for tightness and the exhaust pipes for any signs of rust or damage. Since it's made of aluminized steel, it has some corrosion resistance, but a good cleaning every now and then can keep it looking and performing great.
