Using this EBC S1 kit is easy. First, make sure you upgrade both the front and rear pads together. When you get the rotors, don't try to remove the Thermic Black coating. Just install the pads and rotors as they are. Once you start driving and make your first 10 to 20 stops, the brake pads will take care of removing the coating in the right area. For maintenance, keep an eye on your brakes regularly. Check for any signs of excessive wear or unusual noises. If you notice anything wrong, it's a good idea to have a professional take a look. Remember, trying to remove the Thermic Black coating with brake cleaner or other methods won't be covered by the warranty, so just let the normal use of your brakes do the job.
