Using this Edge CTS3 License Plate Mount Backup Camera is a breeze. First, install it on your license plate area as per the instructions. Connect it to your Edge CTS3 monitor using the RCA to USB video signal adapter. When you put your vehicle in reverse, the camera will automatically turn on (this only works on automatic applications when gear PID is an option). You can also click the camera icon on the CTS3 top menu to view the camera at any time. Adjust the camera angle to get the best view of what's behind you. For maintenance, since it's waterproof (IP67), you don't have to worry much about normal exposure to water. Just wipe it clean regularly to keep the lens clear. Remember, the CTS3 monitor is sold separately, so make sure you have it before installation.
